Terms and Conditions of Promotions

1. Validity

Each promotion will be valid only for the period indicated in its advertisement or while supplies last, whichever comes first. Kaana reserves the right to modify the validity period without prior notice.

2. Availability

Promotions are subject to inventory availability. If a promotional product is out of stock, Kaana is under no obligation to offer a substitute product or maintain the promotional benefit.

3. Application

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or coupons unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Discounts apply to select products only and do not include gift cards, personalized services, or special collection items, unless otherwise noted.

  • For promotions with a code, the code must be entered correctly during the checkout process before completing the order.

4. “Up to 50%” Promotion

  • The “Up to 50%” promotion is valid exclusively on selected items.

  • The discount percentage will vary by product and will be indicated on the corresponding item page.

  • Does not apply to new collections or personalized products.

  • Subject to availability of sizes and colors at the time of purchase.

5. Changes and Warranty

For purchases made under a promotion:

  • Exchanges only apply to changes in size, model, or color, or the warranty for factory defects will apply, subject to availability within a period of 15 days after receipt of the product.

6. Misuse

Kaana reserves the right to cancel orders or deactivate promotions if it detects misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
