At KAANA , we want you to love every item as much as we do. That's why we offer free exchanges within the first 15 calendar days after your order is delivered.

What can you change?

  • Size

  • Model

  • Color

  • Or any reason related to your satisfaction, as long as the item is in original condition.

Requirements:

  • The product must be unused , in its original packaging , with intact labels, as well as hygienic protectors and without signs of damage or washing.

  • You must request the exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Applies only to purchases made at www.kaanaswimwear.com

ONLINE Exchange

  1. Write to our team via info@kaanamx.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item free of charge.

  3. Once we receive and review the product, we will offer you the option to:

    • Exchange for another size, model or product of the same value.

    • A store credit coupon.

    • Refund if applicable, applicable only to the amount paid.

Changes in physical location

You can also request your exchange at any of our physical stores, provided that:

  • The product meets the following conditions: new, unused condition.

  • The product you wish to exchange (size, color, or model) is immediately available at the branch.

Our staff will verify availability and assist you with the exchange directly in-store. No cash refunds are issued at physical locations; only exchanges or in-store credit are issued.

Restrictions:

  • Returns do not apply to products included in "Final Sale" promotions or with discounts greater than 50%, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Returns on personalized products are not accepted.

WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

All of our products are warranted exclusively for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, chemical exposure, improper storage, or modifications made by the customer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect being found, KAANA Swimwear undertakes to offer, subject to availability:

  • The replacement of the product with an identical one, or

  • Exchange for an equivalent model, of equal value, at the customer's choice.

To validate the warranty, the customer must send photographic evidence of the defect and a description of the problem. We reserve the right to request the return of the item for evaluation before authorizing any exchange.
