We offer free shipping in Mexico on orders over $1,500 MXN.

Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days

Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Worldwide shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping time starts once the tracking number is generated or your order is marked as ready for dispatch, not at the moment of purchase.
Exact delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier demand, distance, or other external factors beyond KAANA’s control.
Note: For pre-order items, shipments will begin on the date specified in the product description.
FREE EXCHANGE & WARRANTY
At KAANA, we want you to love every piece as much as we do. That’s why we offer free exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
You may exchange for:

A different size
-
A different model
-
A different color
-
Or any reason related to your satisfaction, as long as the item remains in its original condition.
Requirements:

The product must be unused, with tags and hygienic protectors intact, and in its original packaging.

The exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Online

Contact us at info@kaanamx.com including your order number and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your case and provide a return label or you can send the item back via your preferred shipping company.

Once the label is generated, you’ll have 7 calendar days to ship the item. If the label expires, a new one can be issued at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be offered the following options:

Exchange for another size, model, or color.

A store credit for the value of your purchase.

A partial refund, in special approved cases.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In-store
You can also request an exchange at any of our KAANA physical stores, provided that:

The product is in perfect, unused condition.
-
The desired item (size, color, or model) is available in stock at that location.
-
Our staff will assist you directly and complete the exchange in-store.
Please note: physical stores do not process cash refunds; only exchanges or store credit are available.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY
All KAANA products include a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear, exposure to chemicals, poor storage, or modifications made by the customer.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, KAANA will offer, depending on availability:

Replacement of the item with an identical product, or
-
Exchange for an equivalent model of the same value.
To submit a warranty request:

Send clear photos of the defect and a brief description to info@kaanamx.com.

Our team will review your case and may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving any replacement or exchange.
RESTRICTIONS
-
Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted over 50% are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
